Vo2 Max Testing.

Our ability as humans to utilise the oxygen we breathe in and efficiently use it for fuel to our working muscles is at the focus of what we test in The Performance lab. A more efficient body for your sport means you are able to exert the same effort or less for a higher output (Speed / Watt). Our test is suitable for anybody who wants to improve their health for as long as possible as well as beginner athletes right up to the seasoned professional.

We provide you with a unique breakdown of your own fitness profile and the information you need to reach the next level of your training. You will arm yourself with all the knowledge in your personalised report which details: Vo2 Max Score, Heart Rate training zones, fat max, aerobic, & anaerobic thresholds and how to pinpoint them. Understand your limiting factors to your performance when you are finished the test by sitting down with our performance analyst. As we like to say at the performance lab: “Measure Everything, Guess Nothing”
